Enclosed is the program for the Première Séance de Poésie et de Musique organized by Pierre Bertin at Paul Guillaume's, 108 Faubourg Saint-Honoré, on November 13, 1917, 4 pp. including cover illustrated with a black engraved drawing by André DERAIN, with facsimile reproduction of a text by Jean Cocteau on p. 2 ("A Paul Guillaume, négrier") and on page 3 the actual program for the evening, beginning with a "causerie" by Guillaume Apollinaire ("Choses et autres") and readings of texts by André Biguet, Blaise Cendrars, Valéry Larbaud, René Chalupt and recitals of pieces by Satie. Numbered 3 "de luxe" copy, on Japon impérial (the print run announced 75 copies on Arches vellum).
