At its historical location in the heart of Paris, the Drouot saleroom is comprised of 15 salerooms dedicated to the sale of works of art. Auctions are preceded by a public exhibition which usually takes place the day before the auction from 11am to 6pm and on the morning of the sale from 11am to 12pm. Auctions usually start at 2pm.

Packing
The Hôtel Drouot offers a free packing service (only for lots sold to the floor in the Hotel Drouot). It allows buyers to transport their purchases in the best possible conditions.
Located on the ground floor of the building in the Customer Service Area, this service is available during auctions, Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.

Lots purchased at auction may be collected free of charge from the auction room until 7 pm on the evening of the sale and between 8 am and 10 am the following day.
After this time, lots not taken back by the auction house will be stored in the Hôtel Drouot warehouse.

This service is subject to:
- A handling fee, depending on the nature of the lot* (5 € / 10 € / 15 € / 20 € / 25 € incl. VAT), capped at 100 € incl. VAT per withdrawal
- Daily storage and insurance fees, from the 3rd working day, depending on the nature of the lot (1€ / 5€ / 10€ / 15€ / 20€)
A 50% reduction on storage fees is granted to foreign clients and art market professionals outside the Paris region (upon presentation of proof).

Delivery
Drouot has established a partnership with The Packengers, which offers door to door deliveries in Paris and neighbouring regions, as soon as the day after the auction.
The Packengers can also provide quotes for international shipping.

Our partners
Painting restoration
Atelier de Drouot offers to preserve and restore paintings, frames and polychrome works of art. Located 250M away from Drouot, both professionals and private collectors can request these services. Works from all periods and mediums can be treated, including canvases, wood or copper panels, large formats, and frames. Any restoration will be agreed upon a diagnostic and a quote – both are available freely. Atelier de Drouot’s restoration are made upon the ethics dictated by the ICCROM and the ECCO Code.
