CHINE-Epoque JIAJING (1522-1566)
A large octagonal porcelain box decorated in blue underglaze with birds flying among flowers and surrounding a peacock on a pierced rock, the sides decorated with birds around pierced rocks and flowers.
On the reverse side, the six-character mark of Jiaqing.
(Cracks and star, lid probably reported).
