Large round dish " Art-Nouveau " in cast iron with relief decoration in the center of an effigy of François I and at the bottom and on the wing of figures in term, fauns, cherubs, various masks, birds and shellfish, falls of fruits and vases, flowers and various reasons. End of the 19th century. Diameter : 63 cm. Very fine cast iron in perfect condition. The decoration is strongly inspired by the works of the Renaissance ornamentalists, the German and French productions of the "Edelzinn" and the re-reading that Jules Brateau made in the 1890s.
