Album containing 38 small coloured photos representing various views of Japan, genre scenes and characters, untitled, assembled by four on a page, not glued, held at the corners by threads; the album comprising 12 leaves, three of which are blank, lined with sky-blue silk, painted with flowers and landscapes; the black lacquered wooden plate, the front one decorated with mother-of-pearl inlays at the bottom and in high relief, depicting a bird of prey attacking a serpent.
