TBE. 20 X 15 cm Gilbert Gascard alias Tibet (1931-2010) is a French comic book artist best known for his long-running French-Belgian series Chick Bill (69 albums since 1954) and Ric Hochet (78 albums since 1963). In the 2000s, Tibet will also try his hand at novels and theater.
