Description
Trumeau in cream and gilded lacquered wood, the canvas representing a young woman in the oriental style sheltered by a Chinese man holding a parasol, a bird on her hand. The frames of the canvas and the mirror with ribbon scrolls and rosettes in the corners. On each side, a pilaster with a shell and a fall at the top and an urn at the bottom. The canvas surmounted by a curved pediment with a ribbon bow. Late Louis XV period, early Louis XVI period. H. : 176 cm. L. : 109 cm. An element probably added to the center. Accidents and restorations, missing parts.
