1971 CITROEN SM

Series SB005B4058 / 52 Engine 0114/1/MT/66661 French registration Superb condition Launched in March 1970 and based on the DS platform, the SM had the misfortune to be born in a difficult period for big cars. Developed in part with Maserati, the SM was particularly ahead of its time with a remarkable design and a hydropneumatic suspension system dear to the firm. Although one could think that its mechanics were directly derived from the Maserati Indy V8, to which two cylinders were amputated.
