Superb tablecloth, damask hunting, mid-nineteenth century. Damask of linen with sumptuous scene of hunting, the large table runner with dense and dynamic decoration of a stag chased by a pack of dogs, riders and amazons, riders and pikemen, on their horses in full gallop in the heart of a dense forest, inscribed in a frame with small florets supporting a broad border with branches of oak leaves and acorns, interlaced with branches with long leaves and small berries of laurel, hallalus of the stag to the spandrels. Double figure HD interlaced with rosebuds, embroidered in white. Dim. 2,10 m x 1,80 m (good condition, a discreet restoration visible on the back).
