Six saints standing in full figure, above 3 representations: On the left the Mother of God of Kazan, in the center the blessing Christ u. On the right two men with the head of John. The saints from left to right St. Anne, St. Cosmas, St. Nicholas, St. Michael the Archangel, St. Damian and St. Simeon with the Child Jesus (recipient of God). Tempera over chalk ground on wooden plate, Russia 19th century. 45 x 36 cm. With 2 sponki on verso. Beautiful icon of a saint. - Some rubbing & bumps and some paint chipping especially at edges, scratch mark at top center. D
