Screen, late 19th c. Hardwood, white painted, partially gilded edges. Frame with notched carving, in the upper fields four copper engravings by Johann Elias Ridinger (The Four Seasons). Four wings, each 155 x 41 cm Ridigner was a German etcher and animal painter of the 18th century who specialized in depicting animals in everyday life situations. The ''Four Seasons'' show a hunter with his dogs and the hunted game of the season (bear, deer, others). Screen, end of the 19th century. Hardwood, white paint, partially gilded edges.
