This second edition is the reissue of the first one (1814), date corrected by hand, and to which a Supplement has been added in fine. It is illustrated with two charming title vignettes by Jubin. The author, one of the most famous restaurateurs in Paris according to Grimod de La Reynière (La Grande Taverne de Londres, rue de Richelieu), is a former officer of Monsieur, Comte de Provence. Autograph signature of the author, who corrected the date on the title himself. Some foxing. Rubbing and scuffing, wormholes, trimmed head and corners.
