This third edition is augmented by the "Cuisinier étranger" (dated 1813, and with separate pagination) and the "Pâtissier impérial". It is illustrated with a frontispiece in two vignettes ("Le Rôti sans pareil") and a folding plate (with missing upper margin). Freckles and stains. Binding restored, pastiche spine.
