In-12, half brown basane, smooth mute spine (Binding of the period). 304 pp. This work was reprinted many times since its first edition in 1815. Anonymous, it is due to the writer Charles-Yves Cousin d'Avallon (1769- 1840) : founder of the Littérateur français in 1797, author, under the pseudonym of A. T. Raimbault, the author of Le Parfait Cuisinier (1810) and of numerous works (Gastronomiana, 1809; La Nouvelle cuisinière bourgeoise, 1816; Le Cuisinier moderne, 1836), this man of the mouth died without fortune and of hunger.
