However, in 1932 Renault extrapolated a lighter and shorter version, the Nervasport. This one distinguishes itself during endurance races: at the Monte Carlo 1933, one of the three Nervasports just misses the second place, making equal game with more prestigious brands. The car houses a 4.2-liter, 110-horsepower inline 8-cylinder engine under its long hood. In 1935, a modified Nervasport beat the 48-hour record at Montlhéry at an average speed of 168 km/h. The model we are presenting is interesting in every way. there would be no more than 32 models manufactured during the period of the big Renault bodies.
