Very rare official Annamite publication issued by the Imperial Printing House of Annam, published in 1868, attributable to Ernest Potteaux, editor of the Gia Dinh Bao (newspaper), at that time, and who was then chief interpreter of the General Government of Indochina, with the collaboration of Truong Vinh Ky (1837/1898); one finds indeed the name of E.
