Portable ga'u altar in gilded copper and silver metal, decorated with the eight Buddhist symbols (ashtamangala) and heads of deities and intertwined rings on a background of foliage, enclosing a partially polychrome wooden effigy of Avalokiteshvara, hands in anjali mudra holding the jewel, seated in padmasana on a lotus. (two arms missing)
