Necessary case containing a "GALAND" war revolver model 1872, last type, 6 shots, caliber 12 mm Galand. Revolver engraved by "VRANCKEN" (name under the cap) and gilded, formerly given in color, realization of an exceptional invoice. "Qilin" (dragon horse) facing a snake, both sides of the carcasses, embellished with arabesques continuing around the frame. Barrel decorated with six phoenixes and arabesques, barrel flanked by arrows and geometric patterns, interlaced with arabesques with two phoenix heads facing each other on both sides. All metal parts are gilded with patterns or borders. The trigger guard is marked "A.Dapasquier Macon". Closed frame revolver, octagonal barrel, well marked rifling, mirrored chambers and barrel. Lateral marking on the barrel "GALAND - PARIS" numbered "115". Walnut stock plates, smooth, cap with ring. Functional mechanism without play, simple and double action. Length 22,5 cm, height 16 cm. SUP. Weapon not disassembled, not tested. Weapon of category D, obligatory identity document for the acquisition.
