Description
Kard dagger, Ottoman Balkans, 19th century Single-edged straight blade with flat back in damascus steel, the heel, the back of the blade and the tang of the handle in metal filigree and studded in oblique registers on the guard and forming a frieze of rosettes on the handle. Four cabochons of striated coral decorate the heel. Handle with ear made of bone plates riveted to the metallic silk. Length : 29,5 cm Some wear.
