Since the 1960s, the artist has experimented with different approaches and produced numerous series. One of the main ones deals with industrial themes in which Klasen is interested through acrylic or airbrush paintings and collages of objects, photos or documents. The industrial quotations as well as the mixture of techniques and materials make this work quite characteristic of Peter Klasen.
